ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned suspension order passed by the Joint Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Vellore Region, the first respondent herein on the ground that without there being any reason, the order of suspension has not been till date recalled/revoked against the petitioner.

2. Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. This Court, considering the fact that the order of suspension has been made against the petitioner on 21.12.2016, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without going to the merits of the matter, accepting the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that the representation made by the petitioner to revoke the suspension order will be looked into, hereby directs the respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8130 of 2017 is closed. No costs.
