This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.471 of 2024 dated 11.01.2024, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
