PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner and her family to live her residence without fear from the hands of the Azen and his associated and take further action against them for trespassing into the petitioner's residence based on the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2016. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to give police protection to the petitioner and her family. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered Crime No.18 of 2016, enquiry has been conducted and filed a charge sheet in C.C.No.79 of 2018, which is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered now. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action before the concerned jurisdiction police station.
