In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.1014 of 2010 etc batch, dated 07.02.2017 disposing of the criminal revision cases, this criminal revision case is disposed of and the Criminal Revision Case is transferred to the respective Sessions Court forthwith and the Sessions Court shall either dispose of the criminal revision case or make over the same to the Additional Sessions Court for disposal in accordance with law, after due notice of hearing to both parties and dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, as this criminal revision case is of the year 2014.
