The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 39 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 12.10.2023 in S.T.C.No.63 of 2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Tiruvannamalai.

2. After effective service, the respondent appeared before this Court in person and submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.
