2. Captioned WMP has been filed to condone the delay of 158 days in re-presenting the captioned writ petition.

3. Mr.K.Arunagiri, learned counsel for petitioner adverting to a portion of paragraph 2 of support affidavit submits that the petitioner has misplaced certain vital documents and hence there was delay in filing the documents sought for by the Registry. Relevant portion of paragraph No.2 of the support affidavit is extracted hereunder: '2. ............................. I state that lost / misplaced of some vital documents, I could not contacted my Advocate to pursue the case, because of the said vital documents was placed in the place which was demolished by the R2 to R5 and the Registry has returned the paper for want of certain documents and also certain details and returned the writ 1/3

papers. My Advocate has communicated the same to me 2/3

M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., mk since I was searching the documents. I have not communicated with my Advocate regarding compliance of the returned papers. Hence, there is a delay of 158 days in representing the above writ petition filed in W.P.SR.No.93926 of 2024.'
