Crl.M.P.No.1506 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.32264 of 2022 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.32264 of 2022 on 23.12.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
