This writ petition has been filed, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to permit the petitioner (Reg.No.822717114022) to continue the B.E., and write examinations till the issue is decided by the State Level Scrutiny Committee.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 20.12.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by efflux of time, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and there is nothing survives for adjudication.
