PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 praying to punish the respondents for committing grave contempt and gross disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27571 of 2023 dated 10.07.2024.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The present Contempt Petition has been instituted to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.07.2024 passed in W.P.No.27571 of 2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader would submit that an interim stay has been granted by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in SLP.(Civil) Diary No.42736 of 2024.

3. Thus, this Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to pursue the remedy after disposal of the Special Leave 2/4

Petition by the Apex Court.
