C.M.P.No.7243 of 2020 in S.A.No.SR25670 of 2017, dt.03.03.2021 C.M.P.No.7243 of 2020 in S.A.No.SR25670 of 2017 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.SR25670 of 2017, against the Judgment and decree order dated 20.10.2016 in A.S.No.3 of 2013 on the file the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, by confirming the Judgment and decree in O.S.No.3665 of 2004 dated 01.03.2012 on the file of the learned IIAdditional District Munsif, Coimbatore. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing the petition.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay in filing the above Second Appeal in S.A.No.SR25670 of 2017 is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.
