ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.33771 of 2023 dated 06.03.2024, was not complied with. 2.Considering the earlier order passed on 28.04.2025, it will be more appropriate for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court and seek for the execution of the decree.
