This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for contempt of court for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.08.2022 in W.P.No.10812 of 2011.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court dated 26.08.2022 in W.P.No.10812 of 2011, has been complied with by the first respondent/District Collector vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.PD1/1334/2023 dated 20.03.2025.
