Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 5 to make investigation and take appropriate action against the Vice Chancellor of the Indian Maritime University and to disaffiliate the maritime institutions who had collected excess fee so as to ensure that all IMU affiliated institutes to collect only the fee prescribed by IMU as per its Act and Statutes.
