This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29460 of 2022 on 30.11.2022 to report before the Flower Bazaar Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.
