This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2014 in CSR 796/T10PS/2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint dated 04.09.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.796 of 2014 and the same was closed on 01.10.2014.
