This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent herein to execute the nonbailable warrant issued as against the accused in C.C.No.3954 of 2015 on the file of Fast Track Court No.III, Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the accused has recalled the non-bailable warrant issued against him in C.C.No.3954 of 2015 on 13.05.2018. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
