Civil Court in LAOP No.185 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpet.

2. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to contest the case now pending before the Civil Court for appropriate relief. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
