C.M.P.No.3014 of 2024 in C.M.A.SR.No.11598 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that at the time of accident, there were three legal heirs, who were claimants in the claim petition filed before the Tribunal. The said claim petition was dismissed vide order dated 30.10.2023.

In the meantime, the 3rd claimant was died on 17.07.2023.

3. Further, he would submit that after the demise of the 3rd claimant, only the petitioners herein are the surviving legal heirs of the deceased and hence, he requests this Court to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

4. By recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the above appeal in the regular course.
