(Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Alleging non-compliance of the judgment dated 06.03.2024 made in W.A.No.276 of 2024, this Contempt Petition has been filed. 2.The proceedings of the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, dated 26.02.2026, would show that since the dispute exist to receive the compensation quantified by the Land Acquisition Officer. The amount of compensation determined by the authority to be deposited in the civil Court in L.A.O.P.No.184 of 2025 and L.A.O.P.No.185 of 2025. Since the L.A.O.Ps are pending, the contempt petitioner is at liberty to adjudicate the issues in the L.A.O.Ps, which are pending before the competent civil Court.
