ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to execute the Bailable Warrant issued by the Fast Track Court-II, Allikulam, Chennai, in S.T.C.No.7768/2022 dated 10.05.2023 as against A-4 Karthigaibalan.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for

the petitioner submitted that when the matter came up for hearing yesterday before the Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC Court at Magisterial Level-II, the learned Magistrate was pleased to issue non-bailable warrant issued against A4. 3.The learned Additional Public submitted that A4 is presently in Canada and therefore, pursuant to the non-bailable warrant that has been issued yesterday, the respondent police will take further action by initiating steps to issue a Look out Circular against A4.

4.In the light of the above discussion, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to take immediate steps to issue the Look out Circular against A4 and to secure him and produce him before the Court below, as expeditiously as possible.
