The learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was reinstated into service vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7/2010, dated 21.06.2010 issued by the President, Kanagananhdal Panchayat.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent and also considering the aforesaid proceedings, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
