Today i.e. 27.11.2018, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a letter of the second respondent in Lr.No.SE/CEDC/N/EFC/AO/REV/D.438/18 dated 14.11.2018, in which, it is stated that the payment received from the Liquidator.

2. The learned Standing counsel for the respondent has not disputed the said fact.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for both sides, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
