The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging 1/3

non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 13.11.2014 passed in O.A.No.916 of 2014 in C.S.No.736 of 2014.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel appearing for respondent.

3. Learned counsel on either side submits that the main suit itself has been decreed and hence, the present Contempt Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said endorsement, the present Contempt Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
