The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the writ petition may be closed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate remedy. 2.Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed, however granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court, if need be, for appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
