The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2021 and take action against the 4th and 5th Respondents and consequently to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take physical possession and hand over to the petitioner.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that on receipt of the said complaint, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. 3.
Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
