Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petition, C.M.P.Nos.3780 and 3775 of 2024 are ordered.

2. The petitioner is permitted to effect substituted service on the respondent by paper publication. The paper publication shall be effected on or before 01.03.2024 in any one of the Tamil Dailies having wide circulation in Cuddalore District for the hearing date fixed on 15.03.2024.

3. List the civil revision petitions on 15.03.2024.
