The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr.No.125/2011 on the file of the respondent Police.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and initially, the charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.75 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Coimbatore and later, it has been transferred on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.7, Coimbatore in C.C.No.2456 of 2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
