O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2021 in accordance with law and to issue patta for the petitioner's land situated at Survey No.352/86, Door No.5/23, Mettuchery, V.Kalathur Post, Veppanthattai Taluk, Perabalur District.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property and he made representation dated 27.09.2021 to the respondents seeking issuance of patta and since the same has not yet been considered, has filed this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021 and to pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time frame. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the subject property is classified as 'Adi Dravidar Natham' and initially it was allotted to one Subramani and the petitioner is a trespasser. 5.The petitioner claim that he is the owner of the subject property, however, he has not produced any document to substantiate his title over the property. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the subject property is classified as 'Adi Dravidar Natham' and initially it was allotted to one Subramani. Hence, this Court is not inclined to issue mandamus as sought for in this writ petition.

6.The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
