Assistant from 09.08.1979 and in the post of High School headmaster on 07.03.1986 together and grant selection grade scale of pay on 09.08.1989 when the petitioner has completed 10 years of service and grant the consequential arrears of pay and pension.

Writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the second and third respondents in relation to the proceedings issued in O.M.No.80501/C1/E2/2009 dated 11.09.2009 and in Na.Ka.No.1542/C2/E2/09 dated 29.01.2010 by the second respondent and in Na.Ka.No.5579/A1/2008 dated 20.11.2008 by the 2 / 4
third respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to count the service rendered by the petitioner in the post of P.G. Assistant from 09.08.1979 and in the post of High School headmaster on 07.03.1986 together and grant selection grade scale of pay on 09.08.1989 when the petitioner has completed 10 years of service and grant the consequential arrears of pay and pension.
2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has produced the death certificate of the petitioner and also the details of the legal heirs of the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction from his client in this writ petition. In the light of the fact that the petitioner died on 12.12.2020, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.
