O R D E R

A perusal of docket order shows that an endorsement made in the docket order that the writ petitioner died and death certificate also produced wherein it is stated that the writ petitioner died on 4.9.2015. To ascertain the survival of the prayer made in the writ petition, the case was adjourned. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

9.11.2021, on the request of the counsel appearing for the petitioner, again it was posted today to implead legal heirs of the petitioner. However, no steps taken to implead the legal heirs of the petitioner.

2. Today also, none appeared for the petitioner. Further, it is brought to the notice of this Court that a letter addressed by the District Collector to the counsel appearing for the respondents, dated 29.11.2021, wherein it is stated that the respondent settled the DCRG to the petitioner's wife and subsequently, she also died on 15.6.2021.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
