This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register FIR against the named accused persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 17.04.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] that petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and complaint was closed as civil in nature.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to send a copy of the Closure Report on the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
