This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to some other investigation officer and to investigate case in Crime No.71 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and to file a final report.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that further action in this case in RCS.No.14 of 2015 has been dropped on 06.09.2015, as such the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
