This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.31672 of 2022 on 02.01.2023 to report before the Trial Court daily Morning at 10.30 a.m, and Evening at 5.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of six weeks, until further orders.
