The Original Petition has been filed seeking Letters of Administration with the Will annexed of the property and credits of the deceased. 2.An application to implead the respondents 10 to 15 had also been made during the hearing on 20.06.2023, this Court had noted a caveat petition had been filed. From the records, it is seen that caveat petition in C.P.No.5676 of 2022 had been filed along with an affidavit on 24.08.2022, objecting to the issuance of Letters of Administration in favour of the petitioner by challenging the Will that had been executed by the testatrix. 3.The Registry is directed to take necessary steps to convert the Original Petition into Testamentary Original Suit, assign the number and list the same in regular course.
