Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent herein in his CPO.579/2009 C.No. F3/39364/2008 dated 7.4.2009 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent herein to treat the out of employment period from 23.11.2005 to 14.12.2007 as duty with pay and allowances as Grade - I Police Constable and direct the respondent herein to treat the period from 15.12.2007 to 22.5.2008 as duty with pay and allowances as Head Constable with all consequential monetary and service benefits For appellant : Mr. P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram,.Spl.G.P.

JUDGMENT
