This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent, to remove the unauthorised construction put up by the 4th respondent, in front of the petitioners premises. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that the unauthorised construction put up by the 4th respondent has been demolished. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners also concurred with the same.
