ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by Mr.K.K.Muthiah challenging the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent and the gazette publication issued by the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up, Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, producing the death certificate of the petitioner dated 17.4.2018, submitted that the petitioner K.K.Muthiah died long time ago, namely, on 6.4.2018.

3. A perusal of the death certificate also shows that the petitioner K.K.Muthaiah, S/o Karunai Ragava Muthaiah is no more. Secondly, no application to bring on record his legal heirs is also filed. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.

Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.34458 of and W.V.M.P.No.421 of 2007 are also dismissed.
