ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP. No. 10715 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 12349 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while granting bail to the petitioner vide order dated 01.08.2024 this Court directed the petitioner to delete the personal data of the defacto complainant, the said data is the important evidence to the petitioner to disprove the allegation levelled against him. Hence, he prayed to modify the said condition.

3. Considering facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner to delete the personal data of the defacto complainant is ordered to be deleted, instead the petitioner shall surrender the gadgets containing the personal data of defacto complainant like screen shots, photographs and another before the Trial Court till completion of trial.

4. Registry is directed to incorporate the above condition in Crl.MP. No. 10715 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No. 12349 of 2024 and other conditions remain intact and issue fresh order copy to the petitioner. 06-02-2025 pbl Note - Issue order copy on 12.02.2025.
