The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to condone the delay of 1126 days in filing the delay condonation petition to set aside the nonprosecution dismissal order dated 11.11.2020 made in W.P.No.31382 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondents reported no objection in view of the same.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit as well as considering the fact that the petitioner suffered Covid-19 disease at the relevant point of time, the delay of 1126 days in filing the restoration application is condoned and this petition is ordered.
