ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27618 of 2024 by an order dated 05.11.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27618 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is relaxed.
