ORDER

The order passed in W.P.No.29119 of 2012 has been challenged in W.A.No.538 of 2013. The order passed in the Writ Appeal dated 12.04.2003 was taken on further review in Review Application No.111 of 2016 and Review Petition was allowed on 15.04.2021. As such, the original order of this Writ Court, dated 26.11.2012 has been reversed.

2. Hence, the Contempt Petition cannot be maintained as on date and accordingly, stands dismissed.
