ORDER
Challenging the Show Cause Notice dated 10.10.2014 issued by the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition to quash the same.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to filing of this Writ Petition, final order came to be passed and the same was challenged by filing Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, which was also dismissed. 3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
