PRAYER in WP.No.28883 of 2008:- The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to prepare a regular panel as on 01.03.2006 and to include the petitioner's name in the panel of Joint Directors fit for promotion as Additional Director for the year 2006-07, as on 01.03.2006 and to promote the petitioner as Additional Director from the date of promotion of the petitioner's junior.
