Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent in G.O. Ms. No.115, School Education Department, dated 30.05.2007 in so far as classes (ii), (iii) and (v) and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings O.Mu.No.3307/3308/3310/A2/2008 dated 18.06.2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to approve the appointment of (1) Selvaraj as Watchman from 18.07.2005 and (2) Lakshmi as Scavenger from 01.07.2007 with all consequential benefits.
