Petition presented to this Court to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to F.No.89-430/ 2013-Appeal/14th Meeting 2013 on the file of the Member Secretary NCTE dated 30.10.2013 confirming the order of the second respondent in F.No.APS08856/

B/Ed/TN/ 2013-14/51500 dated 10.5.2013 thereby withdrawing the recognition already granted in favour of the petitioner and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to grant recognition to the petitioner institution for the B.Ed Course in the new premises in Chettikuppam Post (Via) Melalathur Gudiyattam Taluk Vellore District-635 806.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) On the request of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ appeal itself is taken up for disposal.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent have made a joint endorsement to the effect that subsequent to coming into force of NCTE (Regulation Norms), Regulations, 2014, the appeal may be disposed of giving liberty to the authorities to consider the application and pass orders in accordance with law. The endorsement reads as under:

''Since NCTE brought new Regulations called NCTE (Recognition Norms) Regulations, 2014, which came into force from 1-12-2014, the 1st respondent Institution would abide by the said New Regulations. Accordingly, the Appellant NCTE may consider our application for continuance of Recognition under NCTE Regulations, 2014 and to pass a revised order to that effect.

In terms of the above made endorsement, the writ appeal may be disposed of.''

3. In view of the foregoing, without expressing any opinion on the merit, we dispose of the appeal accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
