This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to investigate the crime No.109 of 2016 and to file final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint dated 11.02.2016 given by the petitioner, a case was registered in crime No.109 of 2016 and investigation is going on.

4. It is seen that the complaint was given only on 11.02.2016 to the respondent and without giving a breathing time to the respondent to investigate and file a final report, the petitioner has rushed to this Court by filing the present petitioner.

In view of the above, the criminal original petition is dismissed as premature.
