Both Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the sole respondent confirm that pending writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated in service as Salesman. Thus, the impugned order of termination of service dated 28.08.2007 has not been acted upon.
