Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in respect of the impugned order passed by the first respondent vide F.SRO/NCTE/20072008/5028 dated 20.09.2008 and quash the same and direct the first respondent to complete the process of the petitioner's application dated 31.03.2008 including inspection and pass orders for grant of recognition to the petitioner's college namely, Mahatma Women's College of Education at Ariyur Village, Pudukottai District for conducting B.Ed., Course with an annual intake of 100 students.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
