O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order dated 21.10.2009 passed by the District Collector, Villupuram/1st respondent transferring the petitioner, who was working as a noon meal cook in Malavanthangal Government Higher Secondary School to Elementary Panchayat Union School, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sethavarai, which is far away from the present school, where the petitioner was working.

2.The petitioner was aged 52 years at the time of filing this petition. It seems that the petitioner had attained superannuation, five years ago.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
