ORDER
This writ petition was filed in the year 2008. When the matter was taken up on 11.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". When the matter was again called on 14.03.2019, a memo was filed by M/s G.Selva Kumar & G.Murugesh Kumar, learned counsel on record for the petitioner that change of vakalat nama was already given to the petitioner in the year 2010 itself. Recording the same, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 15.03.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, although the name of the petitioner is printed, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present. Therefore, this Court is constrained to dismiss the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition for non prosecution. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
